The concept of a network dictates a comprehensive approach to business solutions, thus MduBiz registers CC between 1 - 7 days maximum, registers CC for tax, FNB Business Account and Tax clearance application as a minimum.
'Why Register a CC?
A CC is a legal entity registered according to the Close Coproration Act of 1984. A Close Corporation is easier to manage as it does not require the annual report submission as Pty (Ltd) - nevetheless MduBiz recommends that every entrepreneur gets in the practise of accountability and paper trail.
Process
1. Kindly email through 5 possible names for your business
2. Send us - full names and surname, ID number, postal and residential address for you and for the CC, description of service provided, tel number, personal tax numbers (we can apply for personal if unavailable)
3. Once the name is approved MduBiz lodges ck1 and meets you to sign documents. (bring certified ID copies X2, and 1 not certified copy for Bank account, bring proof of residence).
4. MduBiz registers CC and mail certificate of Incorporation to client
5. FNB then opens Business Account
6. MduBiz completes Tax registration and apply for Tax clearance
This process is currently charged at R700 incl VAT for package and R400 incl VAT for just the CC reg. Price may change where postage is involved.
Register a Pty (Ltd)
A private company is a juristic person owned by up to 50 shareholders and has limited liability.
Documents to be lodged:
1. CM5 - Application for reservation of a name
2. Power of Attorney - Authorisation to act on behalf of the company
3. CM22 (to be lodged in duplicate)
4. CM29 - Return containing particulars of directors officer
5. A set of CM46 (to be lodged in duplicate) - Application for certificate to commence business
6. CM47 (each director) - Statement by directors regarding adequacy or inadequacy of share capital
7. CM31 - Consent to act as Auditor
